My fees depend on different variables such as the number of guests and dishes, kind of food, menu, ...

Basically in my quotes, I break out the costs between the fee for my service and the other expenditures (for which I provide a copy of all receipts) as food and beverages, transportation and lodging expenses, rental supplies (if needed).
