I was born in Bologna, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna—the gastronomic capital of Italy and birthplace of Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, and iconic pastas like tortellini and tagliatelle.
My life, however, has always been a blend of two extraordinary cultures. My father, Michele, is from Naples, my mother, Angela, from Bologna; one of the world's most soulful and flavorful culinary cities.
With such a fantastic combination of culture, I inherited two traditions: the refined richness of Northern Italy and the soulful, vibrant simplicity of the South.
This duality fuels my passion. Some of my earliest memories are of my grandmothers' kitchens — places filled with warmth, perfume, and the ritual of preparing food with care.
Many of the recipes I cook today come from those hands and hearts. They taught me that true cuisine is made of passion, patience, and respect for ingredients. Discipline and professionalism made everything fantastic.
As a member of the Italian Federation of Chefs, over the years, I lived and worked in several Italian cities, traveling extensively throughout Italy to explore its regional differences. Each city offered new techniques, new flavors, new worlds.
This incredible journey shaped my philosophy: simple ingredients, elevated with precision, elegance, and authenticity.
Today, as an Italian Private Chef in Los Angeles, I bring this rich heritage to those who appreciate truly exceptional dining. Whether an intimate dinner or a sophisticated event, my mission is to create refined Italian cuisine that honors tradition while embracing creativity.
My story is simple: I cook to share the beauty of my country — one dish, one moment, one table at a time.
