I am based in Los Angeles and work throughout the Greater Los Angeles area, including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Malibu, Pasadena, and Woodland Hills. How does the booking process work?

Simply share your idea, your date and your location. From there, I personally guide you through everything — designing a bespoke menu and taking care of each step with ease, calm and discretion.

Are the menus customized?

Yes, always. Every menu is created exclusively for you, your tastes and your occasion. Nothing is standard — everything is crafted to feel personal, thoughtful and truly memorable.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements or allergies?

Of course. Dietary needs and allergies are handled with great attention and care, ensuring you still enjoy a refined, beautifully balanced culinary experience.

Do you provide everything needed for the dinner?

Yes. I look after the menu planning, premium ingredient selection, preparation, cooking and plating. Upon request, I can also provide service staff, table styling and additional elements to enhance the experience.

How long does a private dining experience usually last?

It depends on the style of the evening and the number of guests, but most experiences last between 2 and 3 hours, unfolding at a relaxed and elegant pace.
