Christmas in an Italian household usually means one of two things: the Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve, or a long, generous Christmas Day dinner with family. I cook both, so you can host either tradition, or your own version of it, without spending the holiday in the kitchen.
La Vigilia, the Christmas Eve Feast of the Seven Fishes, is a proper multi-course seafood tradition, and I build the full menu from scratch for your table. For Christmas Day, I plan a more classic, generous holiday spread built around your family's usual favorites. Either evening, I handle the cooking, the plating, and the clean-up.
December fills up quickly, and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are both among my most requested dates of the year. I'd recommend reaching out well before December to make sure your date is available.
